With extensive global experience of the security industry, our Sales and Management teams are in the best position to offer you and your business the best advice on improving security.

Our experts are available to meet at your, or your customer's premises to review the requirements and propose the best solutions.We can offer a full site survey, detailed quotation, installation and commissioning service, followed by an extensive support and maintenance package where required. We maintain a fully stocked showroom in Feltham, near Heathrow airport in West London, and are happy to host demonstrations and meetings.

Phil Allen
UK Sales (except London)

Phil has been with IDL for over two years and has sales responsibility for the UK outside of the M25 ring road around London. Phil has extensive experience of the security industry gained over 12 years and outside of work enjoys films, reading and supporting his favourite team, Tottenham Hotspur.

John Austin
London Sales

John has been with IDL for over three years following 10 years experience in the security industry mainly with manufacturers, drawing on his strengths gained from a degree in micro-electronics. John is lead singer and guitarist with a rock band in his spare time when not persuing his passions participating in and following high octane motor sports.

Tom Sharrard
European and CIS Sales

Following university and a year at HSBC Bank, Tom has worked in the security industry since 2000 and has been with IDL since 2003. A brief one year break in 2008 to visit 16 countries on an epic round-the-world honeymoon was a good reason for his move from a UK sales role to Export sales on his return! Outside of work Tom enjoys travelling and doing various fast-paced sports including mountain biking and squash.

Hedia Khoualdia
Middle East Sales

Hedia is originally from France and oversees IDL's sales in the Middle East. She joined IDL in December 2007, after achieving a master's degree in Business and Marketing, and is now based in Morocco. She enjoys travelling and watching football and is dissapointed the world cup went by so quickly.

Tony Smith
Major Accounts Manager

Tony joined IDL in 2009 to oversee the business relationship with IDL's strategic partners in North America and the Far East. Tony has many years of experience in the industry in Technical and Sales Management roles for access control, cashless payment and Smart Card manufacturers. Tony is keen on sailing, global travel and classic cars.

Cathy Jervis
Internal Sales

Cathy joined IDL in May 2008 in an Internal Sales role and has become the centrepin of our sales administration and process control. Cathy has over 20 years of support and administration experience within a variety of Industries especially in corporate head office environments.  Away from the office Cathy likes to spend quality time with her husband and two children.

Alex Wilkins
Marketing

Alex joined IDL in 2004 in the marketing department and looks after media and printed documentation as well as being our webmaster. He has a keen interest in live rock & metal music as well as films and can be usually found in the cinema watching the latest releases or attending live gigs.

Stephen Keeping
Quality Manager

Stephen has been with the company since 1998. During this time, he has worked in almost every area of the business which gave him good grounding to become the Quality Manager and Health & Safety advisor. While not working, Stephen spends quality time with his wife and son, and enjoys dabbling in creative arts.

Tina Vieira-Sykes

Office Administrator

Tina looks after IDL's office admin and guest reception along with managing our telephone systems and assisting with accounts. Out of work Tina likes to be with her husband and dogs and donates her time to a charity for people with learning difficulties. Tina is recently married and happily settling in to her new life.
